Shipping Policies

Domestic Shipping:

• Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via USPS the next day after they are received.
  • Orders under $45: $5.95 shipping charge.
  • Orders $45 and over: Free shipping (Standard Mail).
  • Delivery may take up to seven business days.
• Priority Mail: $11.95 (Please call if interested).
• FedEx: If you have a personal account, call us with the number.

International Shipping:

• All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which we cannot predict. Please be adviced that if you refuse the package all return charges will be charged to your Credit Card.
• Canada Shipping Rates:
  • Orders up to $45: $24.95.
  • Orders $45.01 to $100: $29.95.
• Shipping Rates to Israel, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, United Kingdom and other countries (Ships USPS Standard Mail):
  • Delivery time: Approximately three to four weeks.
  • Orders up to $40: $28.95.
  • Orders $40.01 to $150: $38.95.

Returns Policy

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus the shipping costs. If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping.

General Returns:

• If you are not satisfied with the product, please return it at your cost.
• Leave the plastic power sticker on along with the plastic casing and in the condition you received it.
• No authorization number is needed for returns. Just include your invoice or a copy and write the reason for the return.
• Expect to receive your refund within a week of our receiving the returned items.

Restocking Fee: If you received free shipping and return the items, there will be a $5.95 restocking charge.

Exchanges:

If you purchased the wrong power, size, or color by mistake, we can no longer do an exchange. Please return the item for a refund and re-shop for the correct item.
